FOUNDER, EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR & LEAD COACH
Magan Lane
Magan Lane is a dynamic youth leader, educator, and wellness advocate with over 15 years of professional experience in recreation and education. As Director and Lead Coach of Whole Body THEORY, Magan brings unmatched passion, strategy, and care to every program she leads.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Recreation Administration and has spent over a decade teaching K–12, coaching multi-sport athletes, and mentoring both young men and women through schools, churches, and community organizations—always with a focus on equity, joy, and holistic wellness.
Magan is also a strong advocate for both youth and adult mental health, working to create spaces where every individual feels seen, safe, and supported through movement, mindfulness, and mentorship. Outside of programming, she’s all about sports, juicing, coaching, and traveling to refuel and refocus.

CO-DIRECTOR & LEAD COACH
Lance Lane
A proud Texas native, Lance Lane brings strength, discipline, and heart to his role as Co-Director and Lead Coach at Whole Body THEORY. An Army veteran with two combat tours in Iraq, Lance draws on his lived experience to mentor youth with purpose, patience, and power.
With over seven years of coaching experience—and a record that includes leading an undefeated basketball team to a championship—Lance knows what it takes to build both winning teams and strong individuals. He’s especially passionate about supporting young men and creating safe spaces for boys to grow emotionally, mentally, and physically.
Beyond the court, Lance is a dedicated mental health advocate who believes true wellness starts from within. Whether he’s coaching, juicing, or casting a line at the lake, Lance leads by example and brings a calm, grounded energy to every Whole Body THEORY session.

LEAD COACH
Warren Johnson
A New Orleans native and accomplished multi-sport athlete, Warren Johnson brings energy, structure, and heart to the Whole Body THEORY team. As both Treasurer and Lead Coach, he blends professionalism with purpose—motivating youth to move, grow, and lead healthy lives.
Known for his ability to connect with youth at their level, Warren creates a space where every child feels seen, supported, and challenged. He’s a passionate advocate for healthy living, teamwork, and self-discipline. When he’s not coaching or mentoring, you can find him gaming or planning his next travel adventure.

LEAD COACH
Brian Major
Brian Major brings patience, creativity, and a heart for inclusion to his role as Lead Coach at Whole Body THEORY. With over six years of experience working with children with special needs, Brian is deeply passionate about creating spaces where all youth—especially those from special populations—feel supported, understood, and empowered.
Whether he’s leading activities or offering quiet encouragement, Brian leads with compassion and connection—meeting every child where they are. His commitment to inclusive wellness is matched by his love for fashion design, travel, and finding new ways to celebrate individuality through movement and expression.
